About our Guaranteed Reporting within 24 Hours

TDLR allows a continuing education provider 7 days to report the courses. While we try to report our students more quickly than that. If you need your course reported quickly, we now offer guaranteed reporting within 24 hours of completion for a small fee of $5.

About our Professionally Printed Certificates

If you have purchased a Professional Printed Certificate, we will mail that certificate to you within 7 days.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All courses are refundable within 180 days of purchase minus a $10 cancellation fee per course as long as the course has not been substantially completed. Any textbook or shipping costs are non-refundable.
